MOBILE Shiatsu-Anma treatments available, mostly on Sundays, Thursday mornings or Saturday mornings. Booking can be done online (click the button) or directly by contacting me. Rejuvenate your health and vitality with Shiatsu-Anma massage and Therapy:

Combine Shiatsu-Anma therapy with Asian medicine to improve your health, or focus on treating any specific health condition, through a series of specified treatment sessions I provide. Treatments may include accessory modalities like Cupping, scraping ("Gua-Sha"), topicals such as "Tiger-Balm" and self-care consultancy.

Shiatsu-Anma-Do

The way of Acupressuring yourself:

Shiatsu Anma acupressure therapy was developed in Japan with roots in China and has supported human health and vitality for centuries, drawing deeply from ancient practices such as Doin-Ankyo © that evolved over thousands of years into both a healing art and a lifestyle of health preservation.

Shiatsu-Anma-Do (Do, meaning “the way”) embraces Shiatsu and Anma as tools for daily life and self-practice, incorporating self-pressure and massage techniques, understanding of KI (Qi) energy, KI exercises and stretches, into regular practice that can be truly life-changing. Developing good skill in Shiatsu-Anma-Do can help alleviate common ailments, restore control over one’s vitality, and enhance the benefits of professional Shiatsu-Anma treatments by improving one’s ability to receive them.

My dream is to establish a Shiatsu Anma center (dojo) dedicated to promoting health and self-care through education, training, and consistent practice, and this is where I begin to plant the seeds.
