📜 About Me
I am a long-term specialist and instructor of SHIATSU-ANMA therapy (traditional Japanese Acupressure and bodywork therapy) and AIKIDO martial art.
Mastering those skills and improving my body’s vital energy (KI) is a life work of mine. My journey has began with a strong passion for Japanese culture at young age. I was amazed by it’s values of grace, elegance and beauty, along side with inner power, dignity and the highest respect for nature and the universe. My first practice has been through martial arts, and later on I was introduced to traditional Asian Medicine and the concept of healing it supports (KI). I quickly came to realize I have a gift in my hands and exceptionally talented in healing through Shiatsu-Anma therapy. So I became an enthusiast and advocate.
The skills I’ve mastered had greatly contributed to my growth as an individual in terms of health, self awareness and faith in life and our universe. I wish to share these benefits with as many people as I can!

🥋Martial Arts background
I hold a 4th degree black belt (“Yondan”) in Aikido and obtain over 40 years practice in martial arts, including 8 years of KARATE (traditional Okinawan styles) and most years in AIKIDO.
My passion for Japanese "BUDO" (Jap. Martial ways) started at the age of 15, with practicing various styles of traditional KARATE-DO and self-learning this fascinating world as I grow. I was introduce to Aikido later on and started practicing in 1994. I went through various Aikido schools such as “Korindo-Ryu” , “KI society”, Aikikai, and more. I never affiliated with a single style for too long, and always followed my hunger for self mastery as I learn from variety of known masters and styles.
I had the opportunity to instruct Aikido in a local Dojo I established overseas between 2001 and 2010. I ran the Dojo for a decade, earning lots of great feedback from many colleagues, teachers and students. This Dojo helped me greatly in growing my skills and understanding of the art. Since 2012 I am practicing and instructing Aikido in the USA. including Los-Angeles area, California, and Orlando, Florida, where I am currently residing. Here was temporarily instructing Aikido at a local Dojo in Apopka between 2022 - 2024, and planning to instruct independently again soon.
Eventually I came to grow my unique style and understanding that embraces both practical and spiritual elements of Aikido, cultivation of body & KI (vital energy) awareness, simplicity, peaceful interaction and practicality rather than form and technique.
